We typically don't pick up biohazard/hazardous materials.
How often do you pick up trash for apartments?
Our pickup schedule varies by apartment building. We typically contract for 3-6 days of the week with designated pickup windows. For more information on your pickup schedule, contact your leasing office.
What time do you normally pick up for valet trash?
We understand that residents may have busy schedules. To accommodate that we typically pickup between 7pm and 10pm.
What should I do to prepare for my bulk trash pickup appointment?
Please make sure the area is easily accessible so that our team can easily get to the items that need to be loaded. Also, please mark or separate the items that need to be loaded so that there is no confusion. Otherwise, we may need you to continue to let the team know what items are being removed. We're looking forward to your appointment :)
